Chill the bottles to the same temperature as the beer.
Turn on the CO2 gas supply and set the desired pressure.
Insert the beer gun into the bottle, ensuring the end of the gun is positioned right against the bottom of the bottle.
Depress the brass trigger to allow CO2 gas to flow into the bottle.
Quickly open the beer trigger valve and continue pressing it until the bottle is filled.
