Important Pre-Use Instructions: Before cooking, add 6–10 oz of water to the pan and evenly wet the inner walls. Preheat the roaster for 2–3 minutes to promote even heating and help prevent the liner from sticking. Then place the liner in the roaster, add your ingredients and the required amount of water, and begin cooking.
