EASY KEFIR STRAINING – The included plastic kefir strainer helps separate grains from finished milk or water kefir. The wide-mouth glass jar makes it easy to pour, stir, strain and prepare the next batch.
TWO COVER OPTIONS – Use the stainless steel mesh lid for breathable airflow, or secure a reusable cheesecloth with a silicone band for an alternate fermentation setup. The plastic lid is included for covered storage.
