- Wide Adjustable Frequency Range and Custom Frequency Input: The Calminity frequency generator covers a frequency range from 0.01 Hz to 100,000 Hz. The default frequency is the 7.83 Hz Schumann resonance, and it includes commonly used preset frequencies such as 174 Hz, 285 Hz, 396 Hz, 417 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, 728 Hz, 852 Hz, and 963 Hz. You can also play any custom frequency within the 0.01 Hz to 100,000 Hz range. The accompanying manual explains commonly used frequencies for sleep, focus, and other applications. The Calminity device can generate any frequency within this range.
- Three Waveform Outputs – Headphones Only, External Playback Not Supported: This advanced Calminity Frequency Machine generates sine, square, and inverse square waves. It is designed for use only with the included anti-radiation headphones and cannot be used for external playback or speaker output. All waveform outputs are played through headphones for your personal listening.
- Recommended Daily Use, Placement : Use the headphones for 15-20 minutes each time, a maximum of 1-2 times per day, at a moderate volume. Many users place the device on their bedside table for use before sleep, but the sound must be heard through the included headphones; external playback is not supported. The device includes a Schumann wave detector (1-100 Hz) and a pair of wired headphones (1-15 kHz). Specific wearing and usage instructions are provided in the manual.

No additional accessories are required. The audible sine wave is played through the included headphones, not through external speakers. You can input specific frequencies between 0.01 Hz and 100,000 Hz. The user manual will tell you which frequencies are commonly used for sleep, concentration, etc., but you are free to explore any frequencies that resonate with you.
