  • The safety system automatically shuts off if internal temperatures are too high. The indicator light may turn off temporarily—this is normal. It will resume heating once the temperature drops to a safe level, protecting the unit.

  • For best results, use a lidded, flat-bottomed pot with good heat conduction （e.g., stainless steel) that fits within the heating zone. Let the hot plate cool fully before boiling water—it improves efficiency. Boiling typically takes about 15 minutes.
