Huangshan Maofeng tea is a green tea produced in south eastern interior Anhui province of China. The tea is one of the most famous teas in China and can almost always be found on the China Famous Tea list.
This tea is grown near huangshan (Yellow Mountain), which is home to many famous varieties of Green Tea.

How to brew maofeng green tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp maofeng green tea, pour small amount of boiling water into the tea pot and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 80-85°C (175-185°F) and cover tea pot for 2-4 minutes before serving.
