How to use?
1. Check if all accessories are included
2. Open the lid of the water flled base
3. Fill the base with water
4. Close the lid of the water-filled base
5. Use masking tape to sea the gaps on the back of the pattem-printed foam board and repeat this step until the entire pattern on the foam board is completely assembled.
6. Use masking tape to attach small rectangular foam pieces to the cut lines on the back of the pattem-printed foam board.
7. Pull the telescopic pole out with both hands until it is fully extended.
8. Use masking tape to secure the foam board to the telescopic pole.
9. Insert the telescopic pole into the water-flled base
10. Installation complete.
