Details: Mad-Scientist Creation: The Black Edition of the famous Honey-Bear Reserve is a twist on this popular coffee. The Honey Bear is a coffee sun dried on the terraces of Sebaco in its own fruit. This gives a natural sweetness to the coffee from that extra time it spends in contact with its fruit.

The Black Edition is a selection of this coffee that is ideal for dark roasting. So those who like it dark and bold get the best of both worlds in this coffee.

We are only making this in a small limited edition because we will only use the ideal beans for dark roasting for this unique coffee. All the richness of the terroir here in Nicaragua is exhibited in the coffee. The microclimates that make these coffees special are the foundation of flavors. The high altitude, the seed, the soil and sun all contribute.
