【Q1】Why did I only get one blanket (one bear)? I thought this was a set.

【A】If you'd like the set, please click "Customize Now" and select "I want Blanket & Bear Set"—rather than options like "I just want a Blanket" or "I just want a Teddy Bear". Since some buyers only need one item, we don't include both by default.

【Q2】Why is the gift box so expensive?

【A】The expense is in the shipping. So many buyers report gift boxes arrived damaged that we switched to extra outer packaging and safer delivery methods to keep them pristine. We're not making money on the box—we just want your gift to arrive perfect.

【Q3】Why isn't the bear's sweater the exact same color as the blanket?

【A】Our sets are designed to coordinate, not to match identically. The bear's sweater is typically a slightly deeper shade to create a more playful, childlike look.

【Q4】Why is the embroidered font different from what's shown in your pictures?

【A】The font and thread color are selected by you during customization—whether you prefer an elegant or cute script. One tip: please keep bear's text short. Space is limited, so longer text ends up very small and hard to read, especially with thin fonts.
