How to clean with steam the right way?

  • The temperature of steam is directly proportional to its pressure—the higher the steam pressure, the higher its temperature. When water turns into steam, as the steam moves away from the nozzle, it quickly loses pressure and its temperature decreases rapidly.
  • This is similar to boiling water: steam is hottest at the source but cools quickly as you move slightly away.
  • During the cleaning process, use the "VERY HOT" zones for cleaning tasks.

  • After each use, some steam remains in the hose and forms condensation. Solution: Before each use, expel the condensation left in the hose from the previous use before proceeding with cleaning tasks.

  • This is not a used product. After production, we inspect and test each machine to ensure that the product you receive works properly. We cannot betray your trust in us. Thank you for your understanding.

  • You need to properly attach the accessories (such as the nozzle or triangular brush) before use. These accessories help produce drier steam.

  • When using a cotton ball, steam will form droplets on it. Clean quickly and keep moving to avoid wetting the mattress.
