How long does it take to preheat the steam cleaner?

The heating time is proportional to how much water is added, generally speaking, if you add 1500ml of water, then the preheating time is about 8 to 9 minutes.
Why doesn't the steam cleaner produce steam even after I have heated it up?

1. The spray gun has a safety lock design, the machine needs to be unlocked after preheating to produce steam.

2. The spray gun has an adjustable steam volume handle, you can adjust steam volume on demand.

Check the hose is bent or not? if necessary, re-extension. Make sure that the water tank is not empty.
