Hands-Free Disposal for Busy Moments: Move your hand 7 to 9 inches above the sensor to open the lid without touching it. It closes about 6 seconds after you step away, helping during meal prep, cleanup, and other times when both hands are full
Made for Standard 13-Gallon Liners: The removable PP retaining ring grips a standard 13-gallon trash bag and keeps the edge tucked inside for a neater look. The bucketless interior lets you lift out the liner directly when it is time to change bags
Easy-Care Stainless Steel Body for Indoor Spaces: The stainless steel exterior has a fingerprint-, scratch-, and oil-resistant finish for easier wipe-downs, with an ABS lid and PP ring. Use in dry indoor areas and wipe with a soft damp cloth; avoid outdoor exposure and standing moisture
Sized for Kitchens, Offices, and Apartments: A 16.0 x 11.3 in footprint fits beside an island, pantry wall, desk, or break-room counter. The can stands 23.4 in high; allow about 31.1 in total clearance for the lid to open to approximately 75 degrees. Designed for busy households, apartment residents, and office teams
Battery Powered with Manual Controls: The lid uses four C batteries (not included, sold separately), so no outlet is needed. On-lid controls provide manual access when desired, while the mechanism is rated for more than 70,000 opening cycles for regular household or workplace use
